Game:
- The In-Game message box has been slightly expanded
- Pets menu message box now have a black cursor similar to the cursor in the game's message box
- Fixed a bug in the pets menu where some interface elements could turn black
- Added previously unused and not implemented background overlay types:
- Type 2 (OVR_PIC_02.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Hallway (ECA1.PEN)
- Type 3 (OVR_PIC_03.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Amber's Room (ECA2.PEN)
- Type 4 (OVR_PIC_04.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Roneth's Room (ECA3.PEN)
- Type 5 (OVR_PIC_05.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Pen's Room (ECA4.PEN)
- Type 6 (OVR_PIC_06.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Waiting Room (ECA5.PEN)
- Type 7 (OVR_PIC_07.TIM) are now used in Even Care - Randice and Wavey Room (ECA6.PEN)
- Rail-like camera code was improved, thanks to mike contribution from our Discord server:
- Minor level fixes (new camera, geometry and vertex lighting):

- Minor level fixes (new camera, geometry and vertex lighting):
- First-Person camera code was improved (Still unused)
- Digital Pad: Player control (movement and L/R direction)
- Left Analog: Player control (L/R - Strafe)
- Right Analog: Player direction control
- Even Care - Amber's Room (ECA2.PEN): Fixed previously broken teleporter for the player. Now this tele-trigger will work if the player locks himself in a cage
- Even Care - Pen's Room (ECA4.PEN): Camera was significantly improved
- Inverted Gift Plane (HUB.PEN): Fixed a bug when toolparts can be duped after saving and reloading.
- ET_LIGHT.PEN (Engine Test 1 - Light) has been fixed
- Fixed a bug related to new background overlays not working correctly
- Dualshock Analog:
- Expanded default analog deadzones for L3 and R3
- Added a new controller configuration page:
- Left Analog Deadzone: L3 XY (Default: 0)
- Right Analog Deadzone: R3 XY (Default: 0)
- Fixed a bug where mirror-npcs can becomes invisible after the inventory screen
- Reduced volume of some inventory interface sounds
- Removed unnecessary load/save debugging printings
SDK:
- Fixed a bug where entities from old saves would overwrite their new versions even if the save flag for them has ben turned off.
- Now, if you turn off the GEM flag on your map and then load from an old save where the GEM flag was on for this entity, it will no longer be overwritten.
- ST_LANGUAGE.TXT - Added two new tags to control text
- lang_col_max - The number of characters that can fit in one column (from 0 to 255, default 30)
- lang_col_exp_max - The size of the string that bypasses the previous limitation (from 0 to 255, default 3)
- ECA0: Removed unnecessary debug polygons outside screen
- GAME_MAIN_BUFFER.PSX has been removed. You'll need to generate your own GAME_MAIN_BUFFER file.
- INVENTORY_BUFFER.PSX has been removed. You'll need to generate your own INVENTORY_BUFFER file.
- A new debug level has been added: ENGINE_TEST_VFX/ET_VFX.PEN
- A new UI textures has been added: DS_AREA.tim + DS_AREA.png, DS_RANGE.tim + DS_RANGE.png
- ST_LVLIST.TXT, ST_UI.TXT, QLP_STUFF.TXT, QLP_STUFF_CUSTOM.TXT, RPK_STUFF.TXT have been updated

- ACTIVE_CAMERA entity:
- railmode_speed_(x,y,z) for camera type 2 is obsolete and unused
- camera collision flag is turned off by default for a new entities
- IMPULSE_SET_CAM_RAIL_SPEED_(x,y,z) is obsolete and unused
- IMPULSE_SET_CAM_TGT_OFFSET_(x,y,z) has been added to modify the camera target_(xyz)_offset instantly
- IMPULSE_POS_(x,y,z)_TO_TGT has been added to move VECTOR's single axis to te TARGET's axis
Debug Version:
- debug readme file has been updated
- Added a new debug level - ET_VFX.PEN
- CAMERA:
- CAM SPD (rx,ry,rz) is obsolete and unused
